The Personalized Treatment Plan Package includes a free follow-up appointment to review their progress with the personalized Cannabis plan. These appointments are typically scheduled 4-8 weeks following the initial Treatment Plan appointment and include up to 15 minutes of consultation and adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.
