Follow-up Complex Patient Consultation

This appointment is for patients who have already had a Complex Patient Consultation and seek ongoing guidance, including for Cancer, Pediatric or Elder cannabis use.

The on-line intake form takes about 10 minutes to complete. The consultation with the physician lasts up to 25 minutes.

What is the cost?

The Comprehensive Consultation Followup is $99 and can be paid by credit card.
